insurance under this Plan. BENECOM can provide you with the amount
of your Supplemental Life and ADD Insurance. |

EMPLOYEES
If you are a Rockwell Employee (see the definition of Employee
in the "Definitions" section of this SPD), you are
eligible for Employee Life Insurance on the date of your employment.
Employees covered under a collective bargaining agreement are
not eligible unless such bargaining agreement provides for participation
in this Program.
DEPENDENTS
Your Dependents are eligible for Dependent Life Insurance
on the date you are eligible for coverage or on the date they
become eligible Dependents, whichever is later. To see who
is an eligible Dependent under this Plan, refer to the definition
of Dependent in the "Definitions" section of this
SPD.
RETIREES
If you are a Rockwell Retiree (see definition of Retiree in
the "Definitions" section of this SPD), see "Benefits
for Retirees" for details about eligibility, enrollment,
and cost of coverage. You are not eligible to participate
in this plan if you are a terminated vested employee or if
you are receiving benefits under the vested provisions of
the Rockwell Retirement Plan.
